Bali tattoo prices | Knowing what to expect

If this is your first time getting tattooed, understanding the process of tattooing should help you know what to expect. Now that we’ve explained the gist of the factors that affect the pricing, we’ll inform you of what to anticipate when it comes to our pricing. We try to be as transparent and as detailed as possible here. But if you have any questions, remember that our inbox is always open for inquiries! Bali tattoo prices—While we can only determine the exact price once we look at your piece and have a chat with you about the tattoo, but we can certainly give you the gist of the idea we usually charge. Generally, the minimum charge is 1,500,000 IDR for a small to medium-sized tattoo. And we charge 500,000 IDR for the deposit for small and medium-sized tattoos. The aforementioned minimum amount usually already includes your deposit. The deposits may go up depending on the scale of the tattoo itself; complexity, sizes, etc. So expect a rise in deposit when you ask for a full back piece, for example. Just like in any other tattoo places, the deposit made is non-refundable. These deposits aren’t merely a tool to secure a tattoo appointment with us. During the booking process, after you’ve talked to us about your ideas and we’ve agreed to take on your project, our work begins. There is a lot of work our artists need to do before the actual process of inking your skin. Our artists would need to brainstorm their artwork, sketch, and do everything on paper first to practice drawing the artwork before the actual ink-on-skin. Sometimes, this process takes time, especially for complex designs. The deposit that you make has the purpose of protecting all those time and work poured into the process if in the end, for one reason or another, the client decided to cancel the appointment. This deposit will be a means to protect us and all of our professional tattoo artists. This is why we always emphasis on thorough planning before you decide on a tattoo at all. You’re going to get artwork on your skin permanently, being well-prepared for it is a must!
